Export Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

Establishing and maintaining regular communication with overseas in the assigned account customer territory to stimulate healthy relationships and secure additional business.

Explore New Market and developing new customer in line with company strategy.

Ensuring excellent and superior customer services to export customers.
4 Participate in trade exhibition .
5

Visit overseas customers.

6 Entertain customers when they visit us, including pick up from airport, hotel arrangement.
7 Prepare offer.
8 Negotiate with customer for better condition for company.
9 Prepare sales contract.
10 Arranging production orders.
11 Advising customers’ shipment.
12 Check documentation.
13 Keep track of the account of individual customer.
14 Reporting & analysis of export sales.
15 Identifying ways of marketing to improve export sales.
16 Arranging Shipments.
17 Ensuring timely and complete responses to customers.



Requirements

1 Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
2 Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
3 Fresh Grad is welcome.
4 Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
5 Full-Time positions available.


 

Inventory Clerk

Responsibilities

1 Prepared the weekly sample list to all sales presentative and sample department
2 Inclusive job function of sales coordinator.
3 Checking the local receiving output from production (Lamination and Sponge Department).
4 Create Order Note from Customer to the Planning Department.
5 Perform Weekly Stock Check (Floor Coverings, Table Cloths) on Warehouse.
6 Input data to system for Monthly Costing of Produced Goods (Lamination and Sponge Department).
7 Perform Ready Pick List Arrangement for Stock Keeper.
8 Liable department: PVC Flooring.

 

REQUIREMENTS

1 Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
2 Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
3 Fresh Grad is welcome.
4 Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
5 Full-Time positions available.
6 Preferable candidate who have experience
